American Pancakes Ingredients

- Butter 30 g
- Eggs 2
- Whole milk 250 cc
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Wheat flour 200 g
- Baking powder
- Sugar 40 g
Melt the butter and let it warm. Beat the milk, eggs, and sugar with the vanilla essence. Place the flour with the baking powder in a bowl and mix them well. Add first by beating the milk and egg mixture and then the butter, beating vigorously so that there are no lumps. Cover the preparation with a film or bag and put it in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour. (It can also be prepared the night before to make them for breakfast).
In a frying pan over medium heat, place a little butter and add the mixture in portions, forming the pancakes, taking care not to join each other. When they start to form bubbles, turn them over and let them brown on the other side. Remove and keep warm, covered with a clean cloth.
